Consent to behave in a naughty/lascivious way comes down the choice of the individual and is regulated by the laws of the land and the moral codes of the society we live in: it is not administered by some synthetic peat on an overpriced garment.

That's a very passionate dismantling of the marketing guff. I like it.

Nothing says rugged Americana to me like spending over 350 quid on a jacket plastered in fake mud.

There's Jeans to go with it, to complete your shitty Canadian tuxedo...

If they wanted it to look authentic shouldn't the tag/patch at the back be muddy too?

Gotta make sure that everyone knows your jeans are PRPS though.

Otherwise people might just think they're actually muddy, god forbid.

Looking for a decent light, bright hoody/jacket for summer wearing. Anyone know of any good places to look? The last bright jacket I got was from Next and their choice now is dreadful, and Ted Baker seem to have forgotten that colours outside of navy and grey exist....

Would rather not have some silly logo splashed all over it, too. I know Superdry do some bright colours but they always tend to want to shout from the rooftops that they're Superdry.

This is neither a hoody, nor a jacket, but I've been eyeing this up for a while, from Thread/Farah... Probably a bit minimal, given your description. Nice, though.

Edit: Thread will let you filter by 'tone' - so you can select 'bright' on your search terms, if that helps :simper:

a bit of a fashion question if anyone could help me out,
for a holiday in terms of mens swim shorts, is it better to go for trunks, or speedos?

http://theidleman.com/shop/clothing/swim-shorts.html

i found some in here but they are mainly trunks, does that means trunks is the way?

speedos are pretty much ruled out completely unless you have an amazing body, then theyre acceptable.
seem to be more common on the continent (along with the good looking/non-obese chaps).

Except if you prefer the Speedos. Then don't.

Even if you have a class body they make you look like too much of a try hard.

Does anybody use hair clippers at home, and if so, could you please recommend me some?

Can't be bothered with silly haircuts anymore, just want to do a grade 1 myself.

Any decent Wahl one will do. If your not arsed about styling and only want a grade 1 or whatever then I wouldn't spend too much on anything really fancy.

I just trim over the sink in front of the mirror. It's handy if you have a smaller shaving mirror you can hold behind your head and at the sides to check it's all evenly trimmed. If you've got shaving oil or anything like that I'd recommend rubbing a tiny bit all over your hair beforehand, it makes cleaning up afterwards so much easier because it makes the cut hair clump together.

What's with all the young posh banana splits in Edinburgh wearing horrid vomit green sweatshirts and cardigans now. Looking like a try hard 50 year old Blur fan.

ZARA are pretty freaking awesome: free returns and *and* they refund postage!

I don't actually use shaving oil when I do mine, I just use a bit of beard balm.
