I'm looking to buy one or two suits for work. Where do you guys get yours?

I've got one from M&S which was £100. It's also washable AND good quality, amazingly. So I'll probably go back to M&S but wondering if anyone knows anywhere else?

Thanks.

Debenhams. I got a really nice Jeff Banks one from there for just over £100.

So those washable suits come out fine?

Feel a bit wrong putting a suit in the washing machine but could do with one.

I really like the ones from Next, they always have a good fit and very well made although not machine washable.

Secret sales is a site that offers loads of discounted designer clothing. A colleague told me about it and it looks really good with loads of suits available. Haven't used them myself yet so I cannot vouch for them.

Really liking my Canada Goose Parka. I like how plain it looks, how light it is considering the size of the parka but with it being 100% duck down that is of no surprise. I am still getting used to the real coyote fur trim though lol because it's quite big and I feel a bit self conscious.

Washed it yesterday. I know what you mean about putting a suit into the washing machine. I did say a tentative goodbye to it as I tucked it in the drum but it's come out fine. There are ironing instructions on the label but it doesn't look creased at all. :-)

Thanks degoose. Got a Next about 50m from my flat but I'm a bit OCD with having clean clothes so non-washable suits don't appeal.

Thanks for the info No1. That parka looks nice.

Thanks! you're welcome!

Regarding non-washable suits. You could take them to the dry cleaners...

I think the idea is to avoid having to do that.

Noticed the other day that Vans have extended their Disney range! There's a whole assortment of stuff (shirts, shoes, hats, bags, socks) based on 101 Dalmations, the Jungle Book, and Alice in Wonderland now :o

I've been after some new high tops for a while. Might grab those soon.

Looking at getting some new outfits for winter/christmas too (mainly because I'm off to a Duke of Edinburgh reunion soon where they've said we all need Christmas jumpers), so I'm trying to find nice christmas jumpers that I could still wear out in public. Was thinking about going with this one from Fat Face:

Anyone else got any suggestions for good christmas jumpers?

Thinking of getting a fur-hooded gilet, too. With the weather as foul as it's been recently I kind of need something with a hood. It's another one of those areas where there's absolute no choice whatsoever, though. Tempted to grab this, but I'm still debating the colour:

The hooded gilet with the fur trim looks nice. Also rarely see them about.
