Not a single shot of Giamatti in that latest effort. Jamie Foxx must have epic bills to pay, to agree to this garbage.

So they've announced some more casting-

BJ Novak's role in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has been confirmed.

Director Marc Webb confirmed on Twitter that the Office star will play villain Alistair Smythe.

Yeah because the film is lacking villains.

So for the Sinister Six that's:

Green Goblin
Lizard
Doc Ock
Venom
Vulture
Electro
Rhino
Spider Slayer

So who is gona get cut?

With Venom getting his own film, I doubt he's in the Sinister Six

I guess it makes sense to have Smythe in there, there's got to be a reason for all these guys coming from the same place right?

Not sure why but I think a good fit would've been James Callis as Smythe. Maybe that's just because I've been watching a lot of Battlestar Galactica recently though.

Also, why do we never see Chameleon in the films? He was great in the 90s cartoon. Or, perhaps he's been there all along. :shifty:

Is he tied up in Spider-Man rights? I always thought chameleon would make a good foe if they ever did a standalone black widow / shield movie. Spy v spy.

And you thought I was bad looking, Spidey!

Also I would love to be a psychotherapist asking Norman why "Green Goblin?"

Well, he does look mental, I'll give him that.

Also; are we sure it's Green Goblin and not Master Chief?

Apparently his face morphs over the course of the film to become more goblin like.

All will be forgiven if Norman becomes Ultimate Goblin

I think he looks pretty cool. Kind of gritty with a blend of technology and strawberry floating maniac face. He shall he be an exellent Harry.

As someone on another site said: "So basically he looks like a Peter Pan understudy who has gotten addicted to Meth. Well played Sony"

Apparently this is out next week, for some reason it thought it came out in June. Seems to be getting middling reviews.

Just seen this, rather enjoyed it a solid 8/10. Quite emotional in parts.

Few nice nods for comic fans. Harry looked good, creepy as strawberry float, suit wasn't too bad either. Nice set up for the Sinister Six
