I literally have no idea what Norbu is.

But honestly, avatar is great...and it get seriously good in the 3rd Series.

I'll give Eureka Seven a go after Welcome to the NHK.

I'm never going to get onto Naruto at this rate.

Anyone have any links to Samurai Champloo direct download in English? (No torrents please).

Thanks. I had a quick look on the sites in the OP but none had it.

It's.....ok......I'm gunna stick it through to the end, I can't really there where they're going at the moment though.

Nothing I've watched touches Death Note or Avatar yet though.

Seriously, more people need to try Avatar, I know it looks pretty kiddy, but it's absolutely epic. Just 60 eps as well.

Welcome to the NHK is alright, nothing special.

St Nick, your next viewing should be Densha Otoko, if you reading this haven't seen it either, you must watch it too.

Psh while Naruto is a good series it's overshadowed by the quite frankly superb One Piece. Naruto is a solid big series with lots of memorable scenes but once you've seen some of the stuff One Piece throws at you ( a guy who fights with ramen noodles from his nose, a hypnotist who walks backwards and hypnos himself by accident and has a mushroom for a beard, a talking reindeer which can turn into seven different types of reindeer and a scene in which the main character dons an afro and has a tournament boxing fight against a guy who can slow people down with strange waves) Naruto seems a bit standard.

I watched quite a bit of Avatar, but lost track of it when they took it off Nickelodeon ages ago, is there anywhere I can watch the episodes? *wink wink*.

One Piece is off putting for me to start watching because it's well over 300 episodes now and I don't have that much time to sit around watching anime.

The manga is worth trying if it seems to long as we only have the first 18 volumes out and the releases are very scattered. It really is well worth checking out in some form.

Alpha = Since you're the one who pushed me onto Death Note, I may just take a look at this new one you've suggested...I do hope NHK picks up a bit more though.

Fruits - Some of those things do sound pretty good! I've got far too much that it seems I must watch!

StyingDead, I'll pop you a PM in a minute.

What episode are you upto in NHK?

If you want, I could send you a disc of the Densha episodes.

Currently onto 9, so still a while to go...I'm just hoping it actually goes somewhere!

And are you sure? That would be really nice if you could! :)

Thanks. I had a quick look on the sites in the OP but none had it.

Seems to be all intact on here.

St Nick, is there anything specific you're after anime-wise? Genre-wise like comedy or action or something?
That said, Eureka SeveN is rather enjoyable.

On a similar note, anyone else watching Bonen no Xam'd? Lovely E7 vibes coming off of that.

It's definitely up there so far for me as well. Spice and Wolf claimed Winter season, Kaiba came miles ahead of anything except Kurenai for Spring and for Summer it's a definite choice between Xam'd and Natsume Yuujinchou.

Well, I've got a few in mind that I would like to watch:

Eureka Seven
Densha
Naruto
And I'm still going through Welcome to the NHK.

That said, If anyone knows anything similar to Death Note or Avatar, then I'm more than happy to listen to suggestions.

I watched the first two episodes of Gintama yesterday, and I thought it was really good. I'll definitely make sure to watch some more of it soon.

Just downloaded the first ep and gave it a go and it's working for me. Which media player are you playing it on? Could just be you might need to switch on the subtitles on manually. Or it could be that you might need the right codecs to play it. I recommend CCCP and Media Player Classic for all playback. (I think MPC is included with CCCP's installation anyway)

Edit: Argh! I want to watch Samurai Champloo again now!
