I tried to, but it wasn't showing up for me to watch so I assumed they hadn't licensed it for the UK yet. Might give it another chance if it works now.

I'm outside of the UK. If you use the Opera Browser you can use the built in VPN to get around that and just watch the N. American version of Prime.

After literally months of nothing but Rurouni Kenshin before bed, I have finally decided upon my favouritest fight:

Season 2 spoilers: Hajime Saitō (aka former captain of the third unit of the Shinsengumi, aka the Lone Wolf of Mibu, aka Gorō Fujita, aka Mr Aku Soku Zan) vs Usui Uonuma.

I'm usually all about the protag, but Saitō has really won me over. I think it's that ostentatious Gatotsu stance  And the scene where we find out he's married

Oh and, I bought my first manga! Yup, it's Rurouni Kenshin :toot: Didn't fancy buying new ones because pricey af, that and didn't like idea of creator possibly getting paid royalties for me having bought them new. (How likely is that?) But I managed to nab books 2 through to 22 for... :o  :o £14.41 :!: How crazy is that?! (There are 28 in the series.) They're also apparently in very good condition with many of them only having been read once/never at all! P&P was near £30 but I'm still coming out on top compared to what they'd cost new (£8-10 per book), and there won't be any customs charges.

What's your favourite fight? Can be from whatever, doesn't even have to be a fight. Could be a...er, sing/dance off?

I don't want to think about the amount of money I sunk into buying all of Watamote up, especially as it's still going

Azumanga Daioh complete for like a tenner was an absolute steal though, everyone who hasn't bought it should go and do it now here

Yeah. They found dubious materials in his house. He admitted a penchant for very, *very* young girls :dread: I don't think he ever directly abused anyone, though. Small mercies and all that, eh.

First manga collection I looked into buying was Berserk :slol:  Quickly shut that gooseberry fool down.

Most bonker thing about the Kenshin mangas: they were up on eBay for around 3-5 days, maybe more. Shocked someone else didn't step in to buy 'em.

You very occasionally get a complete set of Berserk going up on ebay for a decent price, but it always seems to happen when I've spent too much on something else.

Man, you had some really good luck getting that collection. Perhaps I can rub your belly and see if the Gods will grant me similar favour? :P

And lol, that Berserk figure... Like with JoJo there are just so many collectibles and merch I want.

Speaking of Berserk. Things might actually be happening.

I'll hold off on celebrating the return of Casca since it's not clear it worked, they were rushed and Guts has been too happy recently. I'm still expecting everything to collapse in on itself next chapter.

The latest chapter from about 4 weeks ago on Mangastream? Or is there a newer chapter?

They're in *fantastic* condition! Was expecting them to have a bit more weight to 'em but they're super light. There's a little um... I wouldn't call it yellowing but it is probably where they were handled on a few of the books but other than that I am really pleased with the condition they're in. Now just to get the remaining books and find a place to put 'em all  :dread:
