Sugar's concern was if she did offer surgery to unsuitable people.

Ah, he still sounded very unconvinced by her answer though, despite there being no reason to actually do such a thing. I mean, yeah there's some money there in the short term, but if you're caught out then you're strawberry floated, and lose a lot more money in the long run. It's the same as selling alcohol to an alcoholic only playing with bigger numbers.

Actually, selling alcohol to the downtrodden and dependent is a tried and true way to make good money. There are hundreds of Bargain Booze shops in the centre of council estates up and down the country, and they will all end up selling to alcoholics/substance misusers.

The issue with the cosmetic treatments is that sooner or later, if the business scales up, someone is going to walk through the door and have work done under the acceptance of a staff member that wasn't really suitable for them, purely to make money, or earn commission and that would be morally wrong. It's a business, they're there to make money. Eventually someone employed by them is going to value their next chunk of commission or sales target over the potential well-being of a patient (customer).

Potential warning guys- Someone on NeoGAF is claiming to know who won after being told by someone who was at the taping of You're Hired. Watch out for spoilers.

This. Also: complaints aren't just possible, they are inevitable. I have some clinical negligence lawyers as clients and they get inundated with 'cosmetic surgery gone wrong' claims. Some of them are legit - really botched faces, etc - but apparently 90% of the enquiries are from people who are simply unhappy with how they look, and will never be happy.
