This is one of those tasks where they're just set up to fail from the start. Can you imagine having to organise a tour of a city none of you have ever been to and you don't have the internet?

Yeah, I thought some of the things they were criticised for were ridiculous. Like the whole getting lost while looking for the hospital enterance with Karen Brady tutting away smugly.
