It's time for us tennis fans to board the Murray Express train again, only this time he may go all the way. He's already beaten Nadal once and Federer twice on his way to two titles in his first two tournaments of the season, but, as Federer has pointed out, a Grand Slam is a whole different animal.

No Sharapova in the womens' draw this year, she pulled out with injury, so we'll have to look elsewhere for eye candy.

So, who's going to be watching?

C'mon Murray etc.

Is this only on BBC Interactive or also on BBC 2?

They say it's on the 'Red Button' which always pisses me off. They'll probably be online as well but the pictre is always wank.

They always assume that people have digital, which I don't.

The Aussie Open will be on the BBC Interactive but only the night sessions. All of Murray's matches though will be on either BBC 1 or 2

C'MON ANDY!!!

Murray is probably the favourite for this tournament. He's been fantastic this year beating Nadal and overcoming Federer twice already on his way to two tournament wins. I don't care what the rankings say - he's currently the world's best player. It's his trophy to lose as far as I'm concerned.

I already said that. But this is a Grand Slam, and we know Nadal and Federer will up their game for the big matches.

I actually didn't read the first post and it's scary that I copied you word-for-word (pretty much). Don't forget the defending champion either. But on the men's side of the draw, I'm on the Fed Express. Desperately want him to break the Grand Slam record total.

Of course, it'll only be us few posting in here unless Murray reaches the semis/final.

I'd love him to win it, but I can already see the British media hyping it up to kingdom come and then coming down on him like a tonne of bricks if he doesn't win. Just let him get on and play FFS. He's got the best chance so far in his career though, and he's in great form, so fingers crossed. When does this actually start?

I can see Murray making the Quarter-Finals at least, which would still be a tournament best for him.

And it won't be easy for him in the heat.

Hopefully he can go one better than the US Open final last season.

When was the last time a British player won a Grand Slam anyway?

Not counting doubles then Fred Perry was the last male to win a Grand Slam when he won the US Open back in 1936. I think Virginia Wade was the last woman to do so.

Federer is dismantling poor ol' Seppi right now for anyone that wants to see the master at work.
