Viewtiful Joe. Doesn't even have to be a sequel. Not played the second game or spin-offs but just seeing it on modern platforms would be good.

Voted Ace Attorney in the poll. Would like to see a properly new game. Was great to see the Great Ace Attorney games localised here and that's something I really don't take for granted considering the difficulties surrounding it, but it has been nearly 7 years since the last original release.
