Don't worry, I'm sure the Blood Gods will demand more high-profile sacrifices later in the year when their red thirst grows. At the moment they're still sated with the souls of George Michael and Carrie Fisher which arrived late in the 2016 harvest.

That pre-credits sequence to From Dusk Til Dawn is one of my favourite openings to any film and it's almost entirely down to Michael Park's delivery of this line.

strawberry float, what a brilliant screen villain this guy was. Tremendous actor. If this new Deadwood movie actually gets off the ground it'll be a sad one without him.
