It's really not that bad and people make it out to be worse than it is. As long as you're a confident and competent driver, it's all good. Except Uber drivers quite often are neither of those things

I used to have a job that would occasionally have me out in the van all day making deliveries, and the worst days were when I had to get right across town, or deliver anywhere central. The driving isn't too bad, but trying to find somewhere to legally stop? strawberry floating nightmare.

If you're delivering, like I am, you can just stop anywhere that isn't a red route or disabled bay pretty much.

Am I in the minority on not liking London? It's great that there's lots of things to do there, but it's way too expensive (strawberry float London mark ups) and there's too many bloody people, most of whom just ponce around getting in the way of those of us that actually have places to get to.

Back home and everything is cool. She pissed all the baby stuff out yesterday so no follow up stuff required today other than general medical advice and tests. Few weeks taking it easy, pregnancy test in two weeks to be sure and that's that.

She seem pretty upbeat about the whole thing but was thankful for me coming back and helping out today etc.

Also she got a call from an outstanding insurance thing and she's due to receive a few grand and said she wants to buy me something for the car when it comes.

Finally ordered some Powerline adapters after my AC Wireless adapter gave up, and a replacement PCI-Express one just plain didn't work.
Stuck using my old N-Wireless adapter, trying to play Overwatch on the thing was virtually impossible
