Home Alone 1 and 2 are on Netflix.
Prince Charles Cinema in central London are showing Die Hard in 70mm film (it's also one of the few cinemas showing the new Tarrantino movie - The Hateful Eight in 70mm as intended) throughout December. Was obviously far too young to see it in cinema when it originally came out, so I'll probably get tickets for that rather than watching it on Christmas Eve.
I just saw this on their website!
Yes, the PCC is screening the original 3 Die Hard films back to back in a marathon session! Get your vest on! We'll give a FREE small popcorn to anyone dressed up as John McClane!
Tickets £20 / £17.50
WARNING: We are NOT showing Die Hard 4.0 or A Good Day To Die Hard as we don't consider them to be proper Die Hard films.
(this marathon doesn't seem to be 70mm though) Not only that, Prince Charles have denied they are doing a Die Hard marathon on twitter.
Just the first one is being shown so thanks for posting this Grumpy David!
