One person's abuse is another person's free speech. Where do we draw the dividing line? At which point does Trump sign an executive order to define what is allowed on Twitter?

People should be free to say what they want on the internet, but then (as with spoken, broadcast or written word) be subjected to legal proceedings if the law is broken.
