Ayoade just ripping it out of Essex and Spence is enough entertainment for me.

Shame about the repeating games already, though.

Ayoade is pretty good though I quite like him as crystal dude.

The original series repeated games at the same level of the new series. They have the exact same number of games as an old series.

Anyone still watching this? The last celebrity special with Tom Allen is amazing so far. Him trying to do the temple challenge with the log

These flipping guest stars, too. Adam Buxton out of nowhere!

strawberry floating yes. No attention seeking, spotlight craving Z-rate wankers. Louie Spence pretty much ruined the whole episode he was in with his shite.

I thought it was hilarious. He's definitely got some serious mental issues....

If they're celebrities you've never heard of (I had no idea who Scarlett Moffatt was until I watched an episode of StreetMate the other day) is it so different than a normal person episode, though? Yeah, the last episode was better (How can one person be so bad at riddles? :slol: ), but the specials weren't exactly terrible.

Yes it is different, although you dont know who they are they see themselves as "special" and "famous" and the whole thing is to "show off" their brand that is themselves, so the entire time they aren't interacting like normal people because they are just trying to get more screen time.
It ruins what could be good because they are just trying to extend their brand.

This episodes was worlds better than the previous, the odd celeb edition can work and even "proper" celeb shows can work like masterchef if you pick the right people, but those shows for the most part were filled with attention seeking moronic nontalented idiots.

Just watched it. Excellent. Loved how pissed off she got with Adam Buxton.
"I physically can't do riddles!"

Better than the celebs because Richard doesn't have utter disdain for them, and they mostly have a modicum of intelligence which makes watching the whole thing a lot more fun

Oh shush with your 2005 bollocks.

It's remarkable this has happened and I'm NOT working on the show...

This show features one of the worst performances ever in a game. It's honestly remarkable.
