He doesn't look like your average pop star, he looks like some kid you might spot playing Magic in a back street board-game shop or something.
I don't care for his music at all, it sounds very school playgroundy, but then again I'm sure it's not aimed at me.

I don't normally listen to the pish the mainstream radio stations pump out but ive been exposed to it loads out here.
Its strawberry floating garbage isnt it, Ed Sheeren, Drake, that song that sounds like an extasy trip where she just keeps repeating a verse with the words 'On Tuesday' in....how is this stuff popular? HOW???

Today's pop music all sound and look the same to me. Music videos today are shite as well from what I've seen. No soul or story to tell, just a bunch of chavs gyrating their bodies to a dull, repetitive collection of sounds.
I only know who Little Mix are because my daughters are fans. Beyond that, I couldn't tell you anything about modern pop.

The bieber version is the one getting played all over radio
His voice is terrible for that song - it sounds like he's trying to seduce the sound technician, totally out of place and completely unnecessary.

Most of the chart songs i hear at the moment seem to be almost universally terrible.
The worst i've heard in recent times was that godawful This is America by some bloke with a stupid name.

I’m pretty sure that if you asked people over 25 about chart music in 2008, 1998, 1988, 1978 and 1968, they would all tell you it is terrible and was better years ago.

I have to admit that nowdays I only really listen to Absolute 80s/70s and a bit of Magic or Smooth. I do think that there's always good and bad stuff in the charts, though, and it usually takes a few listens to get into songs that you're not familiar with.
