Given that they picked the US President, surely the most powerful job in the world is being President of Russia?

I'm doing phones today and it's been really busy. Some man phoned me to ask about something, and it was quite clear he was taking a dump while calling me. The filthy bastard.

I hope I never have to strain like that......

My last office was about 300 people and had a sales department. The number of calls I overheard when using the bathroom was unbeliveable, it was a mix of in the stall, at the urinal, personal, business, headsets, mobiles, taking the call and making the call. I couldnt imagine taking a call while taking a gooseberry fool, never mind making a business call on the shitter trying to arrange a meeting with someone!

Our receptionist/office support just sent this email:

34 letters left in the post tray on 2nd floor

All

If you left these letters in the tray please can you let me know.

Thanks

She is apparently furious that somebody left a “bulk mailing” in the post tray without letting her know so that she could plan ahead for putting them through the franking machine.

34 letters. :fp:

That would take 2 minutes to frank, if that.

Yep, that's why we are all laughing about it.

I'd tell her if I had a mailing that was over 100 items, otherwise it is just her job.

The toilet flushed near the end of the call

34 letters would take no time to do, even on an ancient franking machine. You don't half work with some idiots Moggy.

And now you understand why I am one of the better employees here, despite spending 95% of my day on GRcade.

In my last job one of the sales managers called in to place an order while she was in the bath.

She was a bitch and pretty ugly.

What's her appearance got to do with anything?

Presumably if she was hot having a call with her in the bath could have been a more pleasurable experience.

Only if you were in there with her or if it was a video call.
