My big problem with the episode is it makes organ donation seem strawberry floating horrific.

That was a very slow episode, but leads to a promising finale. I don't have high expectations though so I guess a really average finale will seem good.

They don’t always end up in London. The 2d creatures a few weeks ago were in Bristol and there have been recent episodes set in Cardiff.
The majority of stuff will be in London just because the BBC sell this show around the world. It is much easier to show a quick shot of Big Ben or St Paul’s Cathedral to set the scene than having to explain where Leeds or Hull are.
And I doubt any self respecting alien or monster would want to invade Milton Keynes.

Probably only the Master or Davros would be able to navigate the place, everyone else would just give up on the side of one of the roundabouts, muttering "For strawberry float's sake" in alien dialect.

It'd be great to see the Doctor end up in more American towns, or Australia, or Cambodia or something. London is not the be all and end all of earth.

It was the people who had signed up to 3w under the impression that keeping the body safe would mean less pain in the afterlife. I'm guessing that Missy was using the organization to keep tabs on the Doctor, beaming up those who died around him. I'm not sure if that is why Danny was "saved" or if that was down to the kid wanting to chat. I think that is the real reason for wanting to know if the body would be cremated as they would need to act fast to preserve it so it could be Cybernised. He was feeling cold probably because his body was in a mortuary.
A thought though. If Cybermen are using dead bodies to increase their numbers, are they still really Cybermen? And are some rotten bones really all that useful?
