I'm tempted by Dark Knight on Blu-ray but I hate using the PS3 for films as it seems so cumbersome. Might have to wait and see what the price is, but this is one film I would like to see in all its glory.

RE: Battlestar Galactica - I haven't actually watched any of the new series since it began again a few years ago, but I'm pretty sure it can't all be based around that blonde chick, though considering the artwork for every single bloody DVD has her as the focus you couldn't be chastised for thinking it!

Nice thread, I like to keep up with this kind of stuff so it's nice to have it all in one place.

But yeah, the Dark Knight cases are awful, but then again I've never been a fan of special cases - give me a standard DVD case any day.

It seems she's the only part of it, considering the marketing.

Iron Man will be my first Blu-Ray purchase, will probably get Dark Knight when it comes out too (won't be touching the SE boxes - the Batpod looks awesome but it's too inconvenient). I don't see the point in buying comedy or drama films on Blu-Ray when you can buy them on DVD for a fraction of the price, even if the picture is better, but I don't have a problem with action films.

I'll just get the standard DVD version of the Dark Knight. I'll probably rent Iron Man and Hulk from lovefilm. I've not seen any of them yet, though.

Wha? Anything with Tricia Helfer on it is not horrible! The Hulk and Ironman case are a bit cheap looking, but The Dark Knight is ace!

I'm too into being able to put movies and TV shows onto my iPhone to get that excited by Blu-Ray but TDK and Iron Man are probably going to be the reason I'll finally get a Blu-Ray player :o Looking forward to an expensive Christmas!!

The Dark Knight steel book case looks awesome, shame they haven't done a lenticular one that used the poster of Batman, Harvey Dent and The Joker.

The Iron man case is crap. It won't stop me getting it on Blu-Ray though. I absolutely loved it. It'd be nice if BR prices started to come down soon...
