Yeah! I'm not TOTALLY mental!

In all seriousness, I would have got it straight away, but had some bills to pay so I'll get it in the coming weeks instead. For once, I actually have money to spend on nice things! I bought a £500 laptop as well recently.

I didn't even know there had been a sequel. Every day's a school day.

The sequel is your normal straight to DVD fair, better animated then a lot of the 'Disney' sequels - but not all that memorable - but decent enough. It follows on into Simba's reign as King.

The third film is really cool though - its like a sideways glance at the original film through the eyes of Timon and Pumbaa. Its really quite well done, and takes the piss out of itself and the original movie.

Ah, ok. All new to me. I think I'll stick to the first one - the Mrs wants it for Xmas, I think, so I'll get the BR.

Cool, will do. Quite looking forward to seeing it again, TBH. It's been a few years and I only ever saw it on VHS, so I bet it looks mint.

Yeah kovu is a great character. Also the quality of the animation is great too. A lot of disney sequels look poor. The music imo was just as great too.

I saw the musical last month as people said it was really good. But it wasn't my cup of tea, people pretending to be animals etc. I didn't find it that funny either.

Zazu was the worst bit about the musical, just a man in black with a bird stuck to his hand :| Think the show at DLP did him better :shifty:

Shadowland

I've been twice. The first time I went was the day I failed my art A-level though, so I was in a foul mood. The second time I went must've been about four years ago. Its a really good adaptation if not the best musical ever.
