Shame, but as you say there is more to the game than just the main quest.

The only other major quest lines I think I've done previously are the mages (also a bit meh) and the thieves which was fairly decent if I recall correctly. That hopefully still leaves plenty of other stuff to get on with - I think I may finally dip my toes into the empire vs. stormcloaks business...

On the Switch version we get the DLC included. Are they stand alone from the main game? Or do they open up new areas or quests in my current game?
TIA

Excellent thanks. Seems I've started one of the DLCs without knowing. Seemless.

I like that!

So a month later this is still all I am playing. Not just on the Switch but across all my consoles. My beloved Vita which I have played on 5/6 days a week since it was launched just sits there on its charging stand mournfully blinking it’s blue light at me. My PS4 is gathering dust. My XB1 is in a similar predicament.
Yet my Switch is constantly being played on. 40 hrs alone on Skyrim in the last 30 days. 65hrs in total.

I absolutely adore this game. Admittedly I didn’t play it as much back in the day on the 360 but I’ve learnt the error of my ways.

Almost bought it in the current PSN sale for 19.99 but decided it’ll doubtless be cheaper when I do finally finish the Switch version. in about 6months I reckon!

Sven has been avenged now. Taken a while but was a wild finale.

Still get blown away by VR whenever I boot up!

Despite my problems with motion sickness with the free movement mode in the PSVR edition I wanted to go back. So I read up on things to help yourself and took motion sickness tablets - it all helped and I was able to explore again! I digress, so I've been playing Fallout 4 a lot over the past week and I'm wondering why it doesn't quite feel immersive enough? I play in the evening so I can switch of the lights off to focus on just the screen. I wear headphones to properly hear the sounds of the game. All good but non-stop I was thinking that was something was lacking, and I have a suspicion that it's because i'm not in the world in the same way that VR allows.

This run of vids has taken a while to pull together but this is more of me playing in Skyrim on the most important quest yet. This time, it's personal! :datass:
