I must have killed just about every creature in this a hundred times over. The moment I sight a bear? *sprint* *axe axe axe* *dead bear* Elk? *sprint* *knock it down with a shout so it doesn't get away* *axe between the antlers* *dead elk* Even Luna Moths and Torchbugs don't escape my murderous ways (I love shouting 'em out the sky and watching them fall, specially at night). And yet when I see a fox scurry by, all I want to do is follow the cheeky wee scamp and see what mischief he's getting up to  Rabbits are another species I rarely kill, but that's more to do me being a lazy git and not wanting to chase them than finding them too adorable to hack to pieces.

I do that too  I remember running after a goat along a mountain path, accidentally toasted it with my lightning cloak

I sometimes go out of my way to protect the foxes if they're being chased or attacked. Also, the few times I've passed by a farmer with a cow that he's going to sacrifice I can't help but go on ahead and clear out all nearby giant camps so it doesn't happen.

I do that! Normally elk are for it the moment I see 'em, but if one's being attacked by a bear or wolves or whatever I'll try and save it (and not kill it myself once I am done saving it either).
How often, in the haste of trying to save a creature, have you accidentally ended up killing it instead? Back when I used magic pretty much everything would end up dead  :fp:

 Never thought about clearing out a giant camp so the farmer can't sacrifice the cow. Though when I've stuck around to see the sacrifice it's usually the farmer who gets wholloped by the giant (and sent zooming into the sky) with the cow wandering about the camp freely.

Have you hunted the hawks? The hawk's beak is relatively rare alchemy ingredient. I hadn't considered shouting them out of the sky :fp:

They've always been to high up for me to even think they were intractable. But now that I know they give loot I will have a go at knocking 'em down using my first character. Will also try and shout down the birds who fly off en masse (the noise they make!) as you approach trees sometimes (I'm never expecting it and so they always make me jump).

Has this been fixed on the PS3 yet :?:

My PS3 version now keeps crashing/freezing before missions/opening doors. I've heard your supposed to clear up all the arrows, dead bodies and such by fast forwarding 30 days but does that mean I have to do the wait for 24 hours, 30 times? :? It will take strawberry floating ages

Getting a bit bored of the Imperial Quest at the moment, just taken over another Fort and it's getting tedious, going back and forth, rising in rank but never becoming a General or anything, and it's the same missions each time

Killed one that flies about Solitude. Shout didn't seem to work on it so used a bow instead. Having Steady Hand perk (slows down time when you zoom in) helped.

edit: OH! Just got another (Solitude again). First arrow missed by a mile, placed the second a little in-front of it and the hawk arced into the flight path of the Ebony Arrow. It was so strawberry floating cool 8-) Felt like a real bad ass then I jumped off the ramp (the one that leads to the fletcher and blacksmith) and landed in a crate and got stuck :|

So while I was shooting hawks out of the Solitude sky, I found I could interact with a loose gargoyle which I found most intriguing indeed. So I had a look around the loose gargoyle to see what purpose it may serve and well, let's just say I look forward to doing that wedding mission again

Okay, it's almost three months since release, there better be some dlc within the next month or so. I've kind of stopped playing in the last few weeks because I have run out of interesting things to do.

Having finished with the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves I turned to the last thing I planned to do before putting the game aside for a little while (I've practically done everything anyway) and that was to finish the daedric quests. I thought I only had one left but in fact had 3. I did them last night but still didn't get the achievement (the only one left before I have 1000). I realised then that I must have missed one of the artifacts during a quest and now I'm pretty sure it was the Skull of Corruption.

Utterly distraught.

There's also something strange going on because instead of there being the odd bear or dragon to fight, I seem to have about 20+ dots of creatures that want to attack me at once, despite the fact I'm so far away from them that they couldn't have even seen me yet. And then more and more join in.

I think the last thing I'll do on this playthrough is kill Erandur like I should have done before. Makes no difference, I'll just feel better.

Actually, from something I've just read online, I might try going back to Bloated man's grotto first...

IT WORKED! IT ACTUALLY WORKED!

For anyone who ends up in a similar situation to me regards the daedric artifacts, gaining a second from the ill met by moonlight quest does count. Yes, even if you go back ages after, it still works. Got the achievement. So happy I've been pointlessly jumping along the path for the last ten minutes.

I think I may have made my bloke a tad overpowered. I can summon 2 Dremora Lords and Lidia can summon a Storm Atonach from a staff and I'm finding things a tad easy with the 3 tanks and 2 of us throwing in death from far away. I finally went to the stupid monastery and met the shouty monks and the dragon you have to defeat just after died in seconds.
I'm level 48 and I'm wondering if anything will challenge BraveStar ever again.

I'm at a similar point - I'm at level 47 and finally doing the main quest. Made myself a full set of Dragonscale Armour with various enchantments and I have a stupid amount of health - the only thing that's taken a decent chunk of my health recently is an Ancient Dragon.

Increasing the difficulty does help, though.

Games and Stuff.

If you can read this, you're too close.

Draugr Deathlords with Ebony Bows and Fus Roh Da. That's more than difficult enough IMO.

If they hit my Mage character with a shout I'm as good as dead. I can't recover in time and sometimes die to one of their arrows if it crits and I don't have Ironflesh up.

I do have 850 Magicka, though. 8-)

How did you get that much magicka? I'm pretty sure I have less than half that.

I did that because I strawberry floated up the Dawnstar Daedric quest.
