I'm guessing she has to at least try and make it look like she is paying heed to the concerns of nationalists. Sinn Féin would raise hell if Northern Ireland ended up with a hard border to the Republic because the DUP said no to yesterday's deal. I don't meant a return to IRA violence or anything like that but imagine the anger among their voters, especially when you add in recent difficulties.


Foster is claiming the DUP only found out about the proposed deal yesterday because the Irish, sorry Dublin, government wouldn't let the British negotiating team share it with the DUP. Naturally the Irish government is denying that but it's still have a very awkward situation.

The answer will just involve one or more of the following:

Freedom
Democracy
Immigration

If we do not re-vote after this shambles, democracy is broken. Its absolutely disgusting that we can be made to trigger Article 50, and then do NONE OF THE WORK towards actually studying what will happen IF we trigger Article 50.

At this point, Brexit is absolutely indefensible. We must remain and this government propped up by racists must fall.
