Her logic is flawed. A left wing person supporting membership of the EU is not incompatible with being a radical.

Workers would have gotten a better deal from the UK remaining in the EU than they are from the UK leaving. We are already hearing that the Tory government are looking at getting rid of the working time directive, how long do you think other workers rights will remain in place?

Voting out of the EU to fulfil socialist ambitions while the country is under a Tory government is only going to end in tears.

The whole piece is based on the above premise, which wrongly makes the implication that there are no disconnected, oligarchical and powerful institutions on the pro Brexit side.

You can only be a true radical if you support the same policies as Jacob Rees-Mogg, Liam Fox, David Davis, Boris Johnson and Michael Gove. Those are the men that truly love the idea of implementing radical socialism and have the power to force through socialist policies for the workers!

They're as bad as those so called "radicals" in America who voted for establishment goon Hilary Clinton, rather than the true salt of the earth everyman, Donald Trump.

But it is fine because the Mail and co. aren't enabling this sort of thing or making people think it is OK, and the Brexit vote in no way confirmed to these gooseberry fool hats that it is acceptable.

Dave seems like the sort of man that knows what's going on. I wonder if he ever spoke to Ray about it?

Dave Hall: There's gonna be a war, man. I can see it. There's gonna be a war between the blacks and between the whites. You ain't even gonna need a uniform no more. This ain't gonna be a war where you pick your side. Your side's already picked for you.

Ray: And I know whose side I'm fighting on. I'm fighting with the blacks. The whites are gonna get their heads kicked in!

Dave Hall: You don't decide this gooseberry fool, man. Your side's already picked for you.

Ray: Well, who are the half-castes gonna fight with?

Dave Hall: The blacks, man. That's obvious.

Ray: What about the Pakistanis?

Dave Hall: The blacks.

Ray: What about... Think of a hard one. What about the Vietnamese?

Dave Hall: The blacks!

Ray: Well, I'm definitely fighting with the blacks if they've got the Vietnamese.

[pause]

Ray: So, hang on. Would all of the white midgets in the world be fighting against all the black midgets in the world?

Dave Hall: Yeah.

Ray: That would make a good film!

Dave Hall: You don't know how much gooseberry fool I've had to take off of black midgets, man.
