Some more details on Unilever’s move:

FT/The Times

It is believed Unilever will move around 15 jobs to Rotterdam, with the company opting to retain its building in London. Unilever said roughly 50 jobs would be cut among the two main HQs in London and Rotterdam.

I'm pretty sure our house will never go below what we paid for it, this year and next though see's a major ramping up of house building so if we get that right, it should stop the bubble or at least normalize house pricing.

To put things in perspective though we have neighbors who bought 10 years ago and almost paid double what we did plus they will still be paying their mortgage 5 years after ours. Mental.
