Ricciardo was apparently nursing his gearbox most of the race.
What a gooseberry fool strawberry floating race that was.

I blame KK for his "most exciting race of the year" remark.
There's enough races left for Vettel to make the championship interesting but he'll probably need at least 4 race wins which is hard to see happening.
Constructors title was probably settled today.

The view from Bottas's car was amazing
As in it's amazing he didn't plough in to the carnage himself.

The boring race was acceptable to me given the explosive start! It's always better when Ferrari are on the chase. With Abu Dhabi as the decider, I wouldn't write Vettel or Ferrari off yet.

Wait... when has he EVER admitted to feeling anything other than 'amazing' after winning a race?

Lads, I have an interview next week for a finance job at a company that runs Motorsport teams. Can anyone give me a general summary of the state of Formula 1 at the moment because apparently the MD is unsurprisingly mad keen

The best car on the grid is a Vauxhall Nova 1.2 with a go faster stripe.
Man, that thing flies.
Seriously though good luck with the interview and pretty much the best place to look for info on F1 is the BBC.

As a sport, it's been taken over by a new company (from Bernie Eccleston). Ross Brawn is now in charge of the direction the sport will take, which is believed to be a good thing as he has a good track record in F1 and is a sensible man. It's not yet known what his plans are.
On the track, after a few years of tedious Mercedes dominance, Ferrari are finally challenging and this is making everything more interesting. Though Hamilton is ahead in the Championship and will probably win again.

Aston Martin really are on a roll recently with some awesome hyper cars and now this F1 deal.
Good for them
.
I really really hope we can see the Vulcan and Valkyrie in either GT Sport or Forza 7.

Interesting, although it's just a name change and a innovation working group at present it sounds like they could be using an Aston Martin engine in the near future.
