At this point Alosno should stick the boot into Honda everytime he gets a chance. They announced their return to Formula 1 with McLaren nearly four years ago and that piece of gooseberry fool engine is all they have to show for it. strawberry float em, they are a shambles.

I don't think Hamilton is going to catch Vettel, they seem to be hoping back markers hold Vettel up enough.

Good race. Great to see Vettel win, and lots of battles throughout the field, plenty of overtaking, some interesting strategic decisions, etc.

Disappointed that Bottas couldn't get the win but glad Vettel won instead of Hamilton.

Will be interesting to see how the new Honda PU fares in the testing this week.

Is there a rule against how Hamilton slowed Ricciardo into the pits? Seemed an unfair penalty otherwise

Yes, otherwise it wouldn't have been a penalty.

You can't hold up people in or going into the pits.

Just managed to watch the race and stay away from spoilers. Great race to watch lots of good overtaking. Mercedes strawberry floated that up

Just caught up, have to feel that Bottas' poor pace in the first stint cost Mercedes a genuine chance of victory, it messed up Hamilton's race. Another interesting watch but it's a shame that Bottas' and Raikkonen look well off the pace.

There's been a really bad crash in the British F4 race at Donington Park.

Appears to be some movement from the driver, but it's quite the scary situation.

took 2 hours to extract him from the car

Not good for the young driver both legs amputated.

I think Hams poor start and needless penalty probably did more damage.

Also. :(

I watched the dashcam footage posted a few pages back and I think the fault of the F4 crash is the guy in front of Monger who makes a very late dodge out of the way of the parked car, so Monger is completely blindsided. I've not seen any other footage though so may be a reason for this.

Really gooseberry fool news :(

Yeah it thought that same, had the guy in front not kept on line right to the last second he would have seen the stopped car and be able to move.

This interview with the commercial director dude is actually quite positive sounding.

It is nice to hear ideas and have them wanting to make improvements and things, it also makes sense to have someone on the commercial side and someone else on the sporting side.

Hopefully they do some good things and make F1 better.

Sauber getting Honda engines next year. That'll make them much better. Definitely.
