His tyres were going, I'm sure Vettel would have been all " nah, I don't need to stop" up until practically the moment his tyre went.

Great stuff from Bottas again today. He was lucky to get the Mercedes drive when he did but he has made the most of his opportunity.

Lewis was impeccable yesterday and deserved the win as the nearest he came to a mistake was slowing Bottas slightly as he exited the pitlane.

I missed any talk about Red Bulls tyre problems so was confused when he came in and then he seemed to moan that he could have made it till the end. But in reality they could have gone at any point like the Ferrari's did. Shame though.

Didn't catch the race yesterday, disappointed to see Lewis win but good to see Bottas still mounting a challenge. Would be good for him to get another win or two soon.

Great race yesterday, it was about time Vettel had some bad luck. Hopefully Bottas can continue his good form and make it a three way fight for the title, although Hamilton has to be the massive favourite to win Hungary given his immense record there.

I have to say, even watching on TV, the speed the cars were carrying was obvious. Amazing stuff.

No wonder the race organisers made their announcement about the contract when they did. Silverstone just looks great on TV.

I just had a look at the lap times from 2016 and 2017 and they were 5 seconds a lap quicker this year so pretty much spot-on what they wanted to get at the start of the year.
I imagine with development the times next year will be 3 or 4 seconds faster again.
