Yes, enjoying this season so far. Interesting to see how people perform when they no longer have the best car.

Yes?

Great job by Ferrari, actually surprised Seb beat Kimi in the end as Kimi really did look on it. Thought they were going to mess things up in Q2 by putting the ultra soft tyres on at the end, thankfully they didn't mess up their strategy for the race. Not going to be able to watch the race till I get home from work tomorrow but I really hope it's another Ferrari win, hopefully a 1-2 :)

I'm just making the most of Ferrari doing well as I can still see Mercedes winning both championships by the end of the season.

strawberry floating hell Verstappen :fp: Way to throw a win and 1-2 away.

Ricciardo channelling Schumacher today, blinding stuff.

Nice overtake by Alonso but a dick move closing the door like that.

Have to say that was poor from Mercedes today. Not sure what justification they could have not to pit Lewis under the safety car. Had the same time as Red Bull to make the decision. Seems they just decided to copy Ferrari.

LOLstappen

Some awesome overtakes by Ricciardo, but it's such a fine line between what he was doing and Verstappen trying the same thing and failing.

Another good result for Alonso. I was a bit worried when the safety car happened just after he had already pitted but it didn't cost him too much.

Just finished watching it.

Heavy tyre wear round Shanghai, Mercedes and Ferrari opt for a one stop strategy on BOTH their cars........ I mean come on if you're going to try something different at least keep one car on a normal strategy, pretty sure the two stops have always been the preferred option round here as well. With the safety car coming out at a poor time for them fair enough keep one guy on a one stop but pit the other guy and hope for the best. Hamilton didn't lose as much as Vettel but they both wouldn't have finished too far off where they ended up if they pitted for a set of the ultra sorts a couple of laps after the safety car came in. Certainly Vettel couldn't have finished worse anyway.

Amazing race by Ricciardo though, well deserved. Top work by their pit crew as well, two stacked pit stops must take some work!

Well the second half was, the safety car certainly spiced it up letting us watch the Red Bulls carve through the field (with varying degrees of success). Watching some post race stiuff and it looks like the only Ferrari/Mercedes drivers who missed the chance to pit for fresh tyre's under was Vettel and maybe Bottas. Ferrari's strategy was woeful anyway, left both drivers out far too long in their first stint, should have just committed to the two stop much earlier.

Verstappen really needs to calm down a bit as well, got a very all or nothing ASAP approach rather than calculating a move and then acting upon it.
