Man, the reaction from the carrot crew would be priceless if Kimi stole the victory.

Looks like Kimi didn't hear the message

Good race anyhow, started off a bit dull, but soon picked up once the Mercs started to fall apart.

Not a bad race shame about all the retirements but mixed it up and a strong race from Haas and Alonso.

Lots of retirements is a good thing though, as it shakes up the order and gives the slower cars a chance of a decent result.

I do agree but the front battle could have been interesting Bottas challenging Hamilton and the Ferrari and Red Bulls battling.

As with anything ifs and buts.

I thought it was a great race because of how relatively unpredictable the multiple retirements made it, obviously I wouldn't want this every race as it'd destroy any fight for the WDC/WCC but every so often its a refreshing change to what we normally have.

Superb race from Haas, on their 50th race as well, likewise Sauber getting a double points finish.

Did anyone see the Heineken star cgi graphic on one of the camera angles during the race or quali as it was used during one of the support races.

This virtual advertising looks so cheap and tacky

Yeah it looks terrible, can see why they do it though as they don't actually have to spend time physically putting the logo on track, instead spend a few mins putting it in a few shots of the qualy and race sessions each weekend.
