If you don't like it, ignore the posts.

No I'm too invested now and I hope she gets the extension done for Christmas. It's what her mom would have wanted.

I just don't get Dual. :fp:

I liken this to the Thornberry tweet about the van man in Rochester. I'm quite happy to laugh at chavs and that but there is a point when it gets a bit snobby.

Then ignore the posts.

I have no counter-point to go up against this breathtakingly effective argument.

Well what else can I say on the issue? Should I stop posting in the thread because you think it’s a bit mean, even though other people seem to enjoy the posts?

The vast majority of the posts I make in the Facebook thread are not from extension girl. The ones from her are posted on a Facebook account that is open to public viewing, she hasn’t hidden them or made any effort to stop anybody in the world being able to read them.

You say that you don’t want to keep pointing and laughing at her? Then the only answer is to either ignore the posts or for you to put your mod hat on and tell me to stop.

If we clamp down on stuff on this forum that is a 'bit mean', then it's going to be an empty, empty place.

The majority of stuff I post in the Facebook thread isn’t from her anyway.

Keep going. It's almost like a side-story to this wonderful thread. And anyway, I know she's using it to plead for money but I just can't imagine being so self absorbed that I'd document a strawberry floating extension in minute detail over Facebook, so yeah, keep ribbing!

I didn't realise the old thread was being locked. I just thought extension girl had been given her own spin-off series thread.

This is a bit long, but it's also pretty damn entertaining. Red is a guy that sees himself as somewhat of a revolutionary, and regularly posts articles about Anonymous, usually implying that he's a member. In reality, he's just a little angry that he has a degree in Chemical Engineering yet works in a pub kitchen. His latest post didn't go unnoticed, and he had a little meltdown when challenged by blue and green.

Let's watch.
