I FEEL A RANT COMING ON LADIES AND GENTS so guys, I ventured out of Winchester today to the neighbouring town, delightful Eastleigh (NOT), as I entered we noticed a Vote labour sign, which instantly alarmed me being a conservative my whole life it was a bit of a shock as you don’t come across many these days, as we delved deeper into the town we come across a lift that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the dawn of time, this is actually found in the swan centre complex, one of their up market shopping centres...(I think I have a fungal infection from pressing button 3) as we exit the infested lift i came across some 11/12 year olds smoking the marriageawana (the green), I scurried past only to see chimichanga is gooseberry fool down ! Whatever next? They’ll put in another Harvester I came swiftly down the stairs avoiding the lift and got back in my car and left abruptly (I believe it’s commonly know as skrrrting) for all those that may believe this is somewhat a joke, I’d like to say it’s not, it was a deeply distressing experience and I’d say avoid at all costs if you haven’t been before, stick to coffee shops and Italian restaurants in Winchester to keep you entertained on a Sunday afternoon, I might try Southampton next weekend, wish me luck, laugh out loud xx

I'm certainly not going to Eastleigh now.

I'm not going to Winchester incase I run into that judgmental bitch Janet.

I suggest you go next weekend as Janet will be in Southampton.

~40% of the population vote Labour, very odd comment.

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

Not around here, unfortunately. I'm assuming Janet doesn't travel much outside the Winchester/Southampton area.

...then is just casually racist.

Got hundreds of people I need to 'unfriend' on Facebook but I'm just too lazy.

 To be fair, little yobs smoking weed round the back of the Swan Centre is pretty much classic Eastleigh.

Ahh the Swan Centre. Many miserable weekends spent around there as a child. I soon found that the only reasons to visit Eastleigh were the Vue, bowling and Nandos - all of which are within around 40 feet of each other.

Make it stop.

It's amazing how people can just randomly plonk people they know into random occurences and think its absolute fact. When we left my Mrs mum's funeral a butterfly flew past and some woman went, "that was your mum!" :fp: Like it actually was, totally convinced and it was fact :fp:

If they think their relatives have turned into butterflies and birds then they are definitely strange.

Or Hindu, but I'm guessing Ad's funeral woman wasn't.

I am not an expert on Hinduism, but suggesting a human has been reincarnated as an insect or a bird would not be a positive thing to say about them. ;)

Depends. If you died after making a makeshift set of wings and jumping off a building it'll be just what you're after.

Obviously any animal you see directly after a funeral was almost certainly a foetus/egg/larva before the person died so it's pretty silly in that context.

As Einstein said though, time is relative and so the cosmic karma waves would have washed over the land and ensured that gravity pushed your most beloved relatives into the bodies of butterflies just so that you would know they were ok.

I think the BBC News website have done that thing again where they put an old article in the Top Stories bit.
