David Attenborough rhymes one with gun, therefore rhyming it with gone is a travesty and anyone who does so is a philistine.

Go away do not want this pain anymore hope the antibotics work. Bladder infection do one pretty please with a captial P.

I will however still be doing my clients hair extensions and nails so have no fear won't be letting you down.

This song shows the correct way to pronounce one and gun. With the added benefit of being an absolute tune.

I just tried to rhyme one with gun but I felt physically sick from the horror of attempting such an aberration.

It's just a north-south thing, like grass and bath, but it is much more difficult for people to pronounce it the "other" way. I've got a really strong London accent, but because my dad is from Blackburn and helped with our maths/numeracy, my sisters and I all pronounce it to rhyme with gone. I can just about pronounce it to rhyme with wun, but I feel like I'm gurning when I do it

Who the strawberry float mispronounces One as "wun"? That's just outright wrong. It sounds like it should only ever be used if someone is going to say "WUN PAAAND!" when asked how much something costs.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

You've made Sir David cry.

Yah w-un is how you pronounce it, anything is wrong and you need to learn to talk.

So - other than the tragic murder of our local Bangladeshi restaurant owner (at least his ratings went up tho hun), the most recent news in Winchester is #Dansstory

A really sweet tale of Dan, just a guy trying to show his ex-girlfriend how much he loves her and try to win her back with a public and romantic gesture. That's just lovely. I'll just scroll down through the comments...

His EX gf is my cousin. He cheated on his girlfriend 4 times and this is his way of trying to show he was sorry. He also stole £600 from
Her and slept with countless prostitutes in Winchester. He also went on countless coke binges and came home drink trying to force himself on his sister. Dan is not so cute.

yea dan used to bring them
home often. A lot of them smelt of urine and wet ham,and always tried to smoke drugs in our kitchen was a really grim time for us

Sigh.
