Also what is the deal with these Super fast heroes? Ok they can run really fast but there are times in this where he's just standing still and everyone around him is frozen or moving super slow. What is actually happening in these parts?

Moving fast=shot from human perspective
Moving slow=shot from fast dude's perspective

Yeah but when he's standing still and everyone is frozen what's happening there because time still moves on so it doesn't make sense that he can just mill about. Unless of course he has some super speed brain ability but that still seems weird.

I'm sure in the comics he does actually have a super speed brain as well so it may be that.

Yes. Yes it is.

Is it worth watching? Of course.

Is Wentworth Miller absolutely anything to do with that? No.

Go watch the (really, really bad) Legends of Tomorrow, if that's what you want to see.

Arrow is equally gooseberry fool at times but I keep watching it because John Barrowman is hilarious with his overacting, Miller is very much the same in Flash/LoT and definitely adds to the appeal.

Cisco is just as cringe inducing with his god-awful villain nicknames and pop culture references.

He can definitely think faster if he tries to -stuff like reading an entire book in a second.

There hasn't yet been a scene in LoT where Wentworth Miller plays Cold as Ice on a jukebox so Flash Miller is best Miller.

Of course he can think fast as well, otherwise he wouldn't be able to control what he's doing when he's moving that fast.

4 episodes in and I think I'm done. The effects are really good for tv and the performances are mostly decent, but the writting is so contrived and dumb I can't take it. The amount of dumb nonsensical gooseberry fool in every episode is staggering.

Is that aimed at me?

Because I haven't, I missed like 1 and a half seasons because it's a pretty iffy show, although I've been enjoying it more recently.

If you want to try a new show Herbi watch The Leftovers if you haven't already. Season 2 was one of the best things on last year.

Advertising a show by saying the second season is good is a bit off putting.

I'm only watching stuff that's on Netflix or NowTV

Season 1 was good but season 2 was superb. It was on NowTV at one point, it might still be.

The Good Wife is on Netflix.

Right up to the ending I thought that was one of the best episodes this series

The only thing to happen from Barry messing with the timeline was Pied Piper being a part of team Flash :?

Fantastic episode.

EverythingWentBetterThanExpected.jpg with only a positive change in the time line.

Great episode as usual (And personally, The Flash is my favourite of the comic series doing the rounds..Apart from Season 2 of Daredevil which was just amazing thanks to The Punisher)

But no mention what so ever of Supergirl and visiting her Earth. Am I missing something? I was expecting him to at least tell Cisco about meeting an alien.

Might be because of being on two different networks? But Supergirl is one episode ahead so maybe it crops up in next week's episode of The Flash as it hasn't yet happened in Flash timeline?

Yeah I think it's a scheduling thing. Barry's getting faster from Reverse Flash's data is probably why he ends up in Supergirl's dimension.

Flash 2x18- Team Flash appears to have lost several IQ points during the hiatus. What was their plan to stop Zoom? Staple his foot to the floor and hope he surrenders?

And then when Zoom gives up Wally as a hostage they still give away Barry's speed? Why? Barry was faster than Zoom.

It felt like a lot of scenes were missing.

I reckon there's been a bit of time travel again, right at the beginning of the episode where barry runs super fast there's what appears to be a sonic boom but after Zoom mentioned using his 'time remnant' to trick Barry & co into thinking Jay(or as we now, himself) was innocent/dead I suspect the sonic boom was a time portal, the Barry who gave up his speed is in fact also a 'remnant' and the 'real' Barry is still just as fast.
