Kind of glad to see Bellamy dropped, he's been playing really well recently.

Hard to believe after all these years, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs are starting In a Man United midfield!

Jones has got a knock but will be back for Ajax on Thursday and Smalling is fit so I don't know with him.

I am a little surprised at that. I suppose he could be an impact sub for Liverpool but he would have been key for them on the counter. He could've provided a little extra support to Suarez as well who might be a little ring rusty.

I can't believe though that when Giggs for started playing Liverpool had like 11 more League titles though. :o I don't know why but I can see Scholes having a good game today.

Good starting XI, but almost more importantly we've got a strong bench to call upon if things aren't going to plan.

COME ON UNITED!!!!

Also hope the match is played in the true spirit of the game and isn't overshadowed by any silliness.

Like Suarez being a cheating fouling dirty banana split :shifty:

That's how I thought Dalglish would have used him before the game. Hopefully Suarez doesn't do a Cantona and have a big impact on his return :)

I heard on the Radio last night that Gigg's has played more Premiership mathes than 11 of the current Premiership football clubs.

Well I thought it was impressive.

Gutted! I absolutely loved London Road. The place is such a shithole it's unreal! Terracing is amazing; genuinely one of the best away days I've ever had, despite losing 3-2.

I know. It's annoying as a mid week trip will prove to be a right bastard now that I'm teaching, hopefully I'll still be able to make it though.

Steve McManaman is a pundit on the Colombian tv coverage (it's the Spanish feed, I presume) and he's speaking spanish, it sounds so weird.

This could get tasty after that lack of hand shaking. At least Evra tried to be the better man about it.

Wow :| At least Evra tried to shake his hand... I love how Rio Ferdinand instantly refused to shake his hand after that. Wonder what Gerrard said to him when he had a word in his ear.
