Is that the same QPR we beat this afternoon?
Anyway, I see your point but based on what I saw today QPR are
awful; if Mackie hadn't scored in the 92nd minute we'd have moved back above them! Their last two games have been at home to Wolves and away to us today IIRC and they've lost both where they really needed to pick up maximum points and move clear IMO - their home record is two wins and four draws, which is awful - even worse than ours!* Wolves' game in hand is tomorrow and if they don't win it(home to West Brom) they're mired in a relegation battle(if they lose, they drop below us I believe). They did well to beat QPR away but I think Mick might go soon, and that could either give them a bit of new manager syndrome when they get somebody in, or destabilise them completely.
I genuinely don't know where the relegation battle is going to go. I'm praying that we can stabilise a bit, we've looked much better since the Old Trafford game and I'm hoping we can build on this massive win today and get something against Villa in our next home game(incidentally, I'll be at that game as well if any Villa fans want abuse thrown at them
).
*I looked this up on F365's home table. Man City have been averaging three goals a game at home, and we have to go there next.
EDIT: Our last eight games have been better than Chelsea's.
