We did it in the pictures thread, it's going to happen in the football thread.

Come back on page 2019 when you will see Crawley Town winning the league.

So if Spurs do end up qualifying for the Champions League and then sign Hazard while still maintaining a sound financial policy and not running up a huge debt does that make Levy the best chairman in the Premier League?

Hé would be pretty good signing for Spurs, even if he is still just a player with potential. Where would he fit in I wonder though? If Lennon has more injury problems hé could easily slot in wide but with everyone fit I'm guessing he'll play centrally, behind the frontman.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says midfielder Jack Wilshere could be back within "a month if all goes well." The England player has been out with an ankle injury this season.

On the walk to tescos today I passed by some guys playing football, seemed to be some interest in these young men, so I had a peek through the wall.

Couldn't miss Shelvey at one point, once he took his hat off he was a like a beacon on the field!

This little fact popped up on my facebook just now...

Wayne Rooney wants to be United’s all time highest scorer. 82 more to go. We’d love to see him get there. Good luck Wayne!

I had a look at the records and didn't realise he had that quite that many goals for us. Certainly a possiblity if he can have other seasons like he did a couple of years ago. Although in a weird way I don't want Sir Bobby to be overtaken by Rooney.

Gonna be strange tonight with the football knowing I have to wait until Thursday to see United in Europe :?

but you know he wont be right. Levy has done some great work at spurs and kept the budget down, also when spurs have bought players we have also sold players before or after to keep the budget down and wages have never gone silly. we didnt spend 75 mill on some low grade english players you know ;)

Anyone seen the cringeworth Europa League Advert, going on about how Man Utd have won every major trophy except for the Europa League, proceeding to go on about now it's their time to make it right. Makes it seem like they got knocked out of the Champions League on purpose.
