Yup, apparently his wage demands basically ended Arsenal's interest, hence Wenger's irk at the whole deal.

Didn't Bentley cost Tottenham about £16 mill at one point?

I put it in the predictor thing that chile would top the group and holland would go out, but they're proving pretty decisive in attacks, if it stays like this it makes the group so much better.

I did think Isco would have been spark they'd need, Spain, i don't see why just because they've dominated before they can just continue doing so, especially when the Barcelona core have not been as dominant playing for their clubs since the euros.

I know Isco's form dropped off, but he was good in the champions league final, and he fits the definition of energetic spark better than anyone else. I think like Scolari, del Bosque is the type to value the same players he knows who he can trust, and have proved it before.

awesome game

After I heard the result between Spain vs Holland and I couldn't help but I'm excited what van Gaal can improve with United. 8-)

Nahh Moyes is better, he would have 2 world cups under his belt if he was an international coach.

It's a very strange appointment, his last job was for Wednesday when he took us down to League One and we then hovered in mid-table.

Probably the cheapest option. West Brom's board seem to have an allergy to spending any money.

We're getting taken over soon.

Pulis will leave and palace will go down. :simper:

Fabian Delph is a banana split.
