It United can keep this to 0-2 when half-time arrives... I could see them roaring back in the second.

My Geordie uncle was saying this morning that if anyone could make United look good it would be the Toon, apparently Newcastle can’t even manage that.

I haven’t watched much of Manu this season but my god that first half was incredible. A total shambles. Bizarre to watch.

Sadly there's been absolutely nothing from United this season to support that belief.

What a depressing half that was. It's not even like Newcastle were under siege.

Bah, so gooseberry fool.

Just woke up to that scoreline.

I hope the rumours are true now.

2 shots on target from Man United in that half, which says it all really.

Just shambles.

The boards must to do something as soon as possible after this match. It’s very embarrassing as United fan. :(

At least he’s not brought Sanchez on to go in goal.

I miss the old Jose. I think it'd be better for him to be sacked in the long run, he just looks perpetually depressed nowadays.

This result should not save Mourinho's job. Had it been an emphatic victory from the get go, a victory where they played NUFC off the park from the off and absolutely hammered them then his job should have been safe. But a comeback win after going 2 down against a team who've started as poorly as Newcastle have? That's not worthy of keeping a job at Manchester United. But then it's Woodward call and I wouldn't be shocked if he gave Mourinho another extension, the strawberry floating gimboid.
