Chelsea will be a hard sell as Roman no doubt will look for the one billion pound owed to him also.
It would have to be owners similar to Roman who don’t care about profits and just basically investing for exposure. There’s not many of them around.
Then you’d have the stadium costs if they do go ahead with it.
Once Spurs move into their new stadium, Chelsea will end up being 6th in terms of most revenue made. They not as popular as Man Utd, Spurs, Arsenal or Liverpool.
