Same, although I was at a wedding so I’d have missed it anyway.

I see the French keeper is making a bit of a tit of himself this evening.

Spurs vs Liverpool is the obvious big game of the weekend, Spurs will need a response after the Watford defeat and Liverpool are flying - that'll be 0-0 then

I also think Watford are going to inflict more woe on United. I just can't see a disjointed United managing to overcome such an organised and in-form team. Still, at least the match will be on TV so I can enjoy the damage live :simper:

I work with a Man City ST holder and she was very sceptical when I said I thought Watford would beat United. I'm like you, I don't think it's that unlikely a scenario!

Could do with 3 points...

Not going this time unfortunately, but at least it won't be like last season's jaunt in the snow where I wasn't sure if I'd actually get home in one piece

Honestly can't tell what result the Spurs v Liverpool match will have tomorrow. Spurs were poor last time out but so were Liverpool. Liverpool have been poor now for 3 of the 4 games but Virgil, Alisson and Gomez have helped us win. We'll need a step up tomorrow morning, If we are to win it'll be because of Mane, he's easily been our best forward so far this season, seems to have stepped up a gear.

I think 3 - 1 to Liverpool. Spurs haven't been playing well and will be without some key players.

 at the Rashford/Mourinho stats. My only gripe about the press conference is that Mourinho didn't point to how little Southgate used Rashford himself at the World Cup.

We can't afford another defeat so early in the season. I'd take a draw with the form Watford are in. A win would be a huge boost.

oof, Liverpool could/should be 2-3 up. :dread:

Spurs aren't looking confident at all and very scrappy. Only shining light is Winks is finally back and Moura looks like a very decent player.

Yeah, as I said yesterday I was not confident in anyway about this game but I do think poch got the formation and selection wrong. Although maybe we still wouldn't have stood a chance anyway We needed more pace in defence especially we only two central defenders, maybe Sanchez was needed in there. I would have gone for Davies over rose today as well. Our biggest loss was Lloris though. Our defence have never seemed to trust vorm.

Should have hammered spurs there.

5/5 for us. I'm more than happy with that.
Don't think we've played particularly well either, Which is good I suppose. The front 3 haven't really clicked again yet, but they cause problems just by being there.
It's mad that Gini is playing as a number 6 and is absolutely bossing it. I'm gutted that Ox is injured, but we have decent squad depth now, Really looking forward to PSG midweek and then perhaps seeing some rotation against Southampton at the weekend. Would like Shaqiri, Fabinho, Lallana and maybe Sturridge ( if he can be arsed tracking ) get a bit of a run out.

Think Watford will do United today too. Pereyra is on fire and obviously Deeny is Deeny.
