What's going on at Chelsea? Transfer closes and the season starts in a month and they've still not sacked Conte or done any business in the market?

about to cement our 4th and 5th signings of the summer at Arsenal, taking the spending to over £70million. so all those rumours about us only having £50million to spend was nonsense like I said.

Rumour that they're not going to cough up for Sarri and just keep Conte for now. I'm sure that'll go down well with a lot of the players.

Aren't some of those signings some sort of installment based purchasing?

Put a deposit down first, and they've got a balloon payment at the end of the contract.

Almost all football signings work in installements to be fair. It’s unusual for transfer fees to be paid in full, all upfront.

Champions League qualification starts tomorrow - while the world cup is still on. Think Celtic are one of the only clubs involved with players on international duty, so that's a pain in the arse.

If Chamberlain is worth £35m Ramsey must be worth at least £50m.

we have also signed Guendouzi now, just got to wait for that announcement now.

if Ronaldo can win Juve the CL then they will see that £105m as a good investment and worth the heavy penny
