Paul Joyce confirmed Shaqiri is on the cards, also apparently Fekir has asked Lyon President if he can join LFC, the president's gamble that he'll light up the WC and command a bigger price has backfired. Liverpool won't increase offer though so we'll see.

Sounds like they've beat City to Jorginho too.

The Napoli president apologised to City. Sounds like they had a deal in place but Jorginho wanted to live in London not Manchester.

How amazing must it be to get sacked and get £9million?

I can never feel very sorry for Premier League managers when they get payouts like that.

He somehow managed to get Chelsea to offer him a new contract with increased wages but no extension after his first season too.

cant see him starting to many games there, maybe in cup games perhaps but will bring some decent squad depth to their side.

I think he’ll fit right in and is perfect back up to Mane and Salah on the wings. Delighted to have him on board tbh.

Klopp’s transfer record is extremely good so far. I have faith he’ll make Shaqiri an even better player.

Hopefully he'll make the same alleged improvements as Oxlaide Chamberlain.

. AOL had a few good games that he looked he could be world class, a few stinkers, lots where he was a passenger then got injured. Sounds pretty much par for course.

I'm sure Shaqiri will be similar and might get a few more assits or goals playing along side the person with the most goals in a premier league season or like AOL have one of his two or three stand out performances of the season in a big game.

He turned Lovren into one of the best defenders in the world.

Has anyone checked if that daft banana split has concussion?
