So jealous that unlike a nearby stadium which is surrounded by statues of club legends, this one might be accompanied by a luxurious U-shaped rug to soak up mis-placed shots.

I've enjoyed the sarcastic commentary of the Liverpool Dortmand pre season friendly on BBC.

They lost 3(or 4) - 1 . Sounds like Karius was poor again.

Tom Ince has a medical for Stoke City and they’ve agreed a fee of £10m for him.

United 0-0 San Jose Earthquakes.

It's basically like in Football Manager where you can click on an agent and see a full list of his clients, where they play, how much they're worth, etc

Moutinho for £5m :slol:

Fair play to Wolves. They’re not doing anything wrong as far as I’m aware and absolutely reaping the benefits. Interesting to see how they do this season.

I would not be surprised if by the end of the year should Wolves upset the apple cart enough there will be an investigation into the ownership and how much Mendes is involved...

Very similar to when Watford were able to procure 20-odd loanees for nominal fees from Granda and Udinese due to the Pozzo family owning all 3 clubs a few years ago; and after the first season of it the EFL introduced a new limit on the amount of loanees that could be in the matchday squad...

The Football League already investigated last season though and found no wrongdoing. I suspect it's fairly easy for Wolves to keep Mendes at arms length enough to demonstrate he's not involved if necessary.

It's not photoshopped to look like it's on the shirt , it lines up with his name on the left, it's the same for all our signings so far

It's horrific placement whatever way you look at it - looks like Wolves trying to put their stamp on the guy.

To make this post a little relevant - Champions League qualifying is back tonight, the second round of qualifiers begins. Obviously I'm horrifically biased but the new qualification process stinks a bit - four qualifying rounds before the competition even starts proper and because of all the messed up co-efficients Celtic have the "luck" of having been drawn against Rosenborg and then AEK Athens if they make it through despite apparently being the seeded team. :slol:

Nice to see Jose starting his moaning early, such a miserable bastard. Sooner he wins a big trophy and strawberry floats off, the better. Such a toxic personality.

Well he's already been there two years, so this is bound to be his last season
