The set was a little bit short though, at just under 45 mins including encore.

You'd expect an hour at least (unless it's Napalm Death). Cheap tickets?

Yeah in fairness they were only £14, I definitely got my money's worth.

Off to see Judas Priest, supported by Saxon and Uriah Heep on Tuesday. Old rock FTW

Then seeing Simple Minds on Saturday

It's nice you're meeting up with him, but avoid any jokes and do not order pizza.

Really enjoyed it overall.

Had no expectations for UH or Saxon as only knew 1 song between them both (and Saxon didnt play that one!). Loved UH and have bought some of their stuff since as a result. Didn't really get into Saxon but most there did.

JP were brilliant. So glad I've seen them live now. Maybe having average expectations helped but they sounded tight and I knew 90% of their set list which helped. Rob is 72 yrs old now and still holds his high pitched notes and screams really well. Highly recommend seeing them if you get the chance

Cool. JP are one of those I'll need to see sooner rather than later I think.

Seen them in 2009. It's still my favourite concert. They killed it.

Want to see Johnny Marr last night, he was bloody fantastic.

Just awesome watching an amazing guitarist do his thing, let alone that thing being some of the best songs ever. Collecting my guitar heroes like infinity stones.

This was the exact reason I chose to go see them. One of my better decisions in life for sure
