Had no money to bet, so I didn't.

Anyone know the death count yet this year? Anyone got a link to the site that lists racing horse deaths? :shifty:

You put half the money on the horse to win, and the other half on the horse to place at a fraction of the odds.

I don't really think the critics have much to stand on this week - the organisers did answer the call to improve safety and it had a vast affect on the race. Passed with flying colours in fact.

The winning jockey had a fall at a race today and had to be taken by air ambulance to hospital.

Bet £30 lost £30, you win some you lose some. Was entertaining to watch, and the bookies were laughing all the way to the bank yesterday!

One of a heart attack. But meh, these animals wouldn't even exist if it weren't for horse racing.
