Sir Raze, your plan of triggering the lever without risking life is a good one, but I feel that we should stand our ground..
If we can conquer the enemies of this fortress, we can claim all of this treasure for ourselves!

They are forced to come through a bottle neck as they come through that door, we could easily take them if you take up position directly infront of it and fire at will with your crossbow, then myself, Sir Roon, Sir Banjo and Sir Jango can take them from up close!

Besides, that lever gives me a bad feeling, no matter how we trip it, I've a feeling one of us will perish somehow.. Just remember Sir Sykes! Killed by beautiful naked maidens!

The Penultimate Chapter.

Raze used the treasure to try and pull the lever. The golden statue pulled the lever down and a powerful shock was emitted. Raze froze as electricity shot outwards narrowly missing him. However nothing happened, a door did not open.

"Crap!" Raze blurted as three Dreadmorts began to hover into the treasure room.

The three Dreadmorts vanished, sneaking up on the five knights. The three of them merged with three knights. A sudden powerful pain overtook their whole bodies.
"Not this again!" Lewis growled, grasping his head.
"When Sir Sykes was alive he told us we had to nominate someone to die to make them go away." Banjo gasped.

There is no escape now. You must nominate one person to be sacrificed. If the person you nominate has a Dreadmort inside them then they will survive. If however they do not, then that character will die. All three will leave if you choose to sacrifice a Dreadmort host.

You have a 3/5 chance of getting the Dreadmort and everyone escaping alive to fight the Golden Knights.

PM me the person you nominate to kill. It will not be revealed who voted for who, unless you all really want to know.

Fantastic picture Lewis! You've out done yourself. I've PMed my choice as a Dreadmort carrier. 60% chance here so we should be lucky.

Jango/Luis Valois recieved two votes. Lewis recieved one.

Lewis prepared to swing his claymore at Luis Valois who cowered into the corner. Just before the swing, a Dreadmort appeared from Luis' body. The other Dreadmorts appeared from Sir Roonmastor and Sir Banjo. They faded away leaving the treasure room empty.

The pain quickly dissapeared and the knights were in top form once again.
Roonmastor scanned the treasure, wanting to take more but his inventory was pretty much full. Was this the legendary treasure of the Knights Templar? It was way too small.
"Is this the Templar treasure?" Roonmastor asked.
"Yeah, a small part of it. Our ships sailed out with some a few nights before the attack. I guess Jaques de Molay escaped with some to this region too."
Little did they know, their leader Jaques de Molay had been burnt at the stake three days earlier.

"We need to get out of here." Lewis said. "The only way out now is back out there."
"But there are homicidal naked girls out there." Raze spoke.
Lewis replied. "Just do not give into temptation and stay away from them."

He walked to the doorway and the others followed. They were about to meet their fate.

The final chapter will be here at 5pm today.

My newly acquired M4 should make light work of those bare naked ladies.

Be sparing on the ammo though, you only have one round.

I shall use my M4 sparingly as well.

That's not so good. I guess I will have to use it on one of those golden knights.

Strange huh. The Dreadmort host randomly picked with my chance cards. Your name happened to come out again. At least it meant you would not die if they voted you.

The Final (Interactive) Chapter

The remaining knights ran from the treasure room into the main hall. The old men were sat back down at the table, surprised to see the heroes emerge alive. They began to shout and verbally abuse them.
The eleven naked ladies were stood in a large circle surrounding a stone sarcoughagus and a large crucifix.
Nailed to the crucifix was a man who was moaning in agony, blood dripping from each of his wounds. On his head he wore a strange ancient looking thin crown, blood tricking down his face.

The two golden knights stood each side of the crucifix within the circle. They were each armed with a long spear. An old man stepped forward from the table dressed in white robes. He entered the circle and approached the hanging man.

His words were in Arabic, and when he finished speaking the naked ladies began to approach the coffin one at a time. The first young girl grasped the coffin and climbed inside it. She lay down.
A moment passed, then a spray of blood shot out from the stone coffin. A scream.

The knights looked on in horror as one by one the ladies got inside the coffin and were brutally executed. But they could not help, that was what led to the death of their friend Sykes.
So they watched.
Once the last young girl had been sacrificed, the man now in blood red robes held his arms in the air, worshipping. He spoke in English.

“Lord, may the return of your son purge the world of all the non believers, of all the sin we have created. Only those whose faith is true will be saved.”

With that, the golden knights raised their spears, then drove them into the both sides of the crucified man. He let out a scream and blood began to drain into the coffin below.
A moment later the old man reached down into the coffin, pulling out the blood stained golden grail. He held it high above his head.

“May you drink my blood.” He spoke, holding the large grail to his lips. He took a mouthful of blood, then spat it at the crucified man.

The blood hit him in the face and stuck to him. It began to move as if it was alive, the blood crawled over the man, sticking to his whole body. The blood wriggled like maggots, engulfing the crucified man.
“It has worked!” The old man laughed before bursting into flames.
The fire ripped and tore at his body, yet he remained perfectly still. Standing as his flesh began to burn away. The flames ate at him and he eventually fell to the floor, the fire dying out quickly.

It was at that moment the blood began to crawl away from the crucified man, revealing a new face and white robes. The nails in his wrists and ankles snapped away from the wood and the man in white dropped down into the coffin of blood.
Jesus of Nazareth looked around the room, flames erupting on the surrounding cavern walls.
The old men at the table began to cower in fear as the fire spread quickly, covering all exits.
“It’s the Rapture!” Many of the men screamed.

The five knights ran to the middle of the room, standing before Jesus, blood rising from the pool in the coffin, staining the sons white robe. Behind Jesus the two golden knights knelt, bowing at him. They were motionless.
Several men around the room began to burst into flames.

A- Finish this. Attack Jesus
B- Strike down the Golden Knights
C- Let the Rapture happen.

As the reactionary, I would say let the raptures begin. However, after embarking on this trip with my fellow knights, my faith has waned as the strength of our friendship increased.

And so it is with a heavy heart that I say we, ATTACK JESUS!!

When one of the options is "Attack Jesus" you just have to, don't you?

Considering his creation, he is definitely an evil Jesus.

That is phenominal Lewis! Brilliant work! I laughed so hard and was impressed. You captured the scene very well.
