West Brom knocked out Man Utd.

Also, i've got a five hour shift, it's the only reason why i'm playing this so much, honestly.

Danny Graham is currently receiving specialist treatment for a broken leg. Expected to be out for 6 to 7 months. :x

Five games left in the season, i'm in 14th on 31 points, but anyone up to 13th (also on 31 points), realistically could still quite easily go down. I'm only two points ahead of Wigan in 18th. Quite nervous to be honest. I just did the Arsenal/Man City and got trounced 3-0/2-0, but made the wise decision of resting everyone for the City game for the game after, against Everton. Managed to sneak a 2-1 win with a last minute goal to win it. 8-)

He's on 27.5k a week for me. I'll post up my screenshots in the next fifteen minutes or so, just finished now. Certainly made my shift a lot more bearable.

Horrible 0-0 draw with WBA, just no penetration (hehe) on my team at all. I desperately need Graham back, Lita and Moore can't finish at all!

I assume things like the "-20 points if you spend more than £8 million on transfers." & "-15 points for scoring less than 40 league goals." & "-15 points for conceding more than 75 league goals." Don't include what happened before you took over?

My record was:

Won 39%
Goals 28
Conceeded 28

EDIT:

Game save here.

Just finished this. All in all it went well, easily avoided relegation in the end.

Doing well so far

Wigan - 2-1
QPR -1-1
Blackburn 1-1
Mansfield - 4-1
West Brom - 1-0
Spurs - 1-1
Brighton - 3-0

and next to Man U.

Every single game that was a draw, I had to come from behind (Blackburn I scored in the 93rd minute as well) I only got a draw at QPR becuase Boothroyd (who scored for QPR) scored a own goal. All of my league goals bar the Spurs one have been form set pieces as well  The spurs one was because Gomes parried a long range shot right at Luke Moore who couldn't miss

Going to launch into this properly tomorrow.

Thinking of doing this monthly/bi-monthly if people would be up for it, depending on challenge size. Was thinking another good one would be 2-3 seasons long, aiming for the CL with a "fallen giant" currently in the 2nd tier of their league system- Deportivo, Nantes, Nottingham Forest, Sampdoria....

I'd be up for more, but I think the best ones would be the short challenges. Something over a couple of seasons would probably take too long, especially when you consider only two of us have finished this five month one so far.

Yeah shorter ones are the best to do, think I'll be finishing this challenge tonight and it'll be down to the wire whether we survive.

Was six points clear at one point but then a couple of horrible results have left me back in the scrap. Loving it so far though and could continue in the future with the save. Would have to revitalise the whole squad next season though.

Jamie Murphy proving a huge hitsince his £1.3million switch from Motherwell. Something like 9 goals in 13 games so far.

All screens and that will be up tonight.

For challenges I was thinking things like three-five months of getting a mid-table team into the last remaining play-off spot. Something like the fallen giant back to where they belong could be fun, but I don't have the time to do multiple seasons in a short time.

Done! Thought I was going to blow it but thankfully finished 14th, much to my surprise. Ended up fielding some of my hot prospect youths in the final game including a 15 year old.

Now to get prepared for Season 2 and revitalise almost the whole squad! Think only players staying will be Vorm, Taylor, Caceres and Jamie Murphy.
