Just shaved the beard off. I feel naked.

And I've been using this for a good year now. Doesn't smell strange and keeps everything in place.

Can anyone recommend a non-greasy hair product that smells like fudge or bubblegum? I usually use this, but a bit of that gorgeous smell wouldn't go amiss.

1) I'm too repressed and I'm worried he'll think I'm chatting him up. I had a mate who asked about hair gel in public once and now he's a gay.

2) About 90% of the questions asked on this forum could be responded to more effectively by asking an expert in real life, using Google, or talking to a medical professional. But the forum would be a much quieter place. Is that what you want? Is it?

Yeah I've noticed Amazon have started stocking a lot of stuff I use, and with Prime delivery too. Used to just get all my stuff from Boots but I've been using them more often now.

I use deodorant now, the warmish weather makes it a necessity as I'm proper stinking after a shift.

Smells absolutely amazing.

On topic:

Shaving:
Don't! hahaha
Remington beard trimmer (when I have my beard shorter - Usually an 8 all round, 6 on tash), and a Gillette Fusion razor for keeping the hair on my cheeks (oioi) and neck lookin alreet.

Face:
Baby shampoo on the beard and on my eyes (i have very mild blepheritus, and it allows me to clean off the gunk when i wake up) and Sanex body wash.

Shower gel:
Sanex body wash - Doesn't have a strong smell. I used to hate going out smelling of body wash and antiperspirant and thinking "why do i bother buying nice aftershaves just to smell like bodywash?"

Hair:
Suavecito or Black & White Pomade - Pompadour mofucker.
Schwarzkopf Bonacure Color Freeze Shampoo and Conditioner - My mammy buys a lot of this, and it gets all the gooseberry fool I put in my hair out.

Deodorant:
Nivea 24h or Sanex Sensitive.

Smells:
Hermes Terre D'Hermes - For big nights out or fancy dos
Jean Paul Gaultier Pour Homme - Nights out.
Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet - One of my favourite aftershaves. Could wear it all the damned time.
Boss Orange - Nice and subtle for every day wear.
Gucci Guilty - ^^
Gucci Envy - Very rarely, quite strong but when suited and booted I might go for it.

Moisturiser:
Dove stuff after I shave, or if my face is quite dry.

Teeth:
Oral B Toothbrush
Colgate Total.

Been growing a beard for a few months. Does anyone else with a beard use products in them?

I use Johnson and Johnson Baby Shampoo on it, so that it doesn't dry my face and leaves it all nice and soft and gooseberry fool. I wash it with the baby shampoo and then use my normal shower gel to ensure the face under the beard doesn't get spots that take hours to find.

Kent combs are good for beard combs. I've heard of people using beard oils to keep their beard looking shiny or something, but I don't see the point.

My most important advice is: trim your moustache, no matter what. Getting pints, soup and jam in your moustache is the worst strawberry floating thing. Trim it, even if you don't trim your beard.

Yeah trim the tache, youll only end up eating it if you dont. I shampoo mine when Im in the shower at the same time as the rest of my hair, other than making sure I comb it down after I get out of the shower, I dont really give it any special treatment. I used to use a beard oil, other than smelling nice I didnt notice a whole pile of difference. Every couple of months ill tidy it up with a scissors, and take a straight razor to my neck and cheeks to get rid of any stray hairs and shape it, it takes some practice to get good with the scissors though, it took me a few goes to get things looking right and not have to resort to the electric trimmer to tidy it up.

Overall an average of 20 mins of maintenance a month isnt so bad. Interesting timing for this topic revival, things are a bit wild at the moment and Im thinking I need to get the straight razor out tonight.
