Soap: Dove
Deodorant: Whatever I have
Hair: American Crew Fibre

Done

Diet plays a much bigger role in the health of your hair, skin and smell than anything else I think. I eat well and drink loads of water, therefore those things are in good shape. You can slap on all the cleanser and moisturiser bullshit you want, but if you're eating 5 packets of crisps a day and drinking nothing but coke you're fighting a losing battle.

Original Source shower gel's a good shout, my girlfriend has bottles of that stuff in strawberry and raspberry flavour I think it is, smells strawberry floating incredible. Coat myself in the gooseberry fool whenever I'm round for the night.

Use pretty basic stuff myself, nivea for men for shower gel/shampoo, no deodorant and Jean Paul Gautier aftershave. Never used to moisturise but my skin's been dry as strawberry float this winter so just use some plain stuff so it doesn't strawberry float up my skin more.

I got some stuff the other week that I hadnt seen before, NSpa scrub. Its made by some spa chain called Nirvana or something, but its basically just Original Source fruit stuff, but with exfoliant in it. Got the lime one, smells dead nice and works well.

I used to get the Original Source lemon stuff, but it looks and smells like lemon meringue and I really want to eat it.

Dunno about the scrub but the lime original source shower gel makes my dick burn something hideous. If any gets inside it's like someone's poking a hot rod up there, strawberry floating agony.

I used to like the lemon source stuff, smelled like I was having a shower in a bag of sweets.

That's good, surely? It'll help lure the kids into your van even quicker.

I use Loreal Men Expert Hydra Energetic Anti-Fatigue Moisturiser on my face every morning. My face gets pretty dry without moisturiser, which is annoying, so I tend to apply once, wait 15 minutes and then touch up.

I used to shave once or twice a week but absolutely hated it as my skin is really sensitive. But a couple of years ago I discovered beard trimming! Now I use the Babyliss i-Stubble on a 4.5 setting around my face and a 4.0 in the moustache area, once a week. Just under my bottom lip, I zap it with a 1.0. I thoroughly recommend the i-Stubble for anyone who hates shaving - it's really comfortable and you'll find you can grow a beard after all.

I pluck my eyebrows a bit (not excessively!) because they would grow super-thick otherwise. I also pluck my ear hairs and any prominent nose hairs. Awesome!

The only 'fancy' toiletry item I use is Irish Spring soap, which I buy off of Amazon as it comes from the States. I've never felt the need to use male grooming products; I spend as little time as possible in the bathroom (a quick 'in/out' and I'm done) and I don't obsess over my appearance (other than my on-going weight loss - still holding at 11.5st, btw).

My ex sometimes brings me back nice toiletries from his flights around the world (he's Senior Cabin Crew with Virgin) - I love the variations on toothpaste flavours the Yanks get that don't ever get released here, etc, so it's nice to try out new toiletries, but I'm not really fussed about any of that kind of thing. I've never really understood the whole male grooming thing, tbh. Seems very narcissistic to me, but that's just me, I suppose. I think a man either has a natural beauty or he doesn't; no amount of fussy products will change that.

A gay flight attendant? Well, now I've heard everything. ;)

You're right, of course, but for those of us that don't, it makes sense at least to try :simper:

What is narcissistic about looking and smelling good?

Its a basic courtesy to make yourself presentable to other people.

I guess I just like 'em rough 'n' ready. ;)

Falsey: Don't mind me. Nothing wrong at all with grooming yourself to look good and feel confident; IDGI, is all. Ten minutes in the bath, tops, and I'm done. Horses for courses.

Couldnt hack a 10 minute bath.

My grooming standards are probably diabolical. Hardly ever wash my hair and used deodorant for the first time in almost three months last weekend. :shifty:

The i-Stubble is great, I use it all the time instead of wet shaving which I can't really be arsed with.
