Hurt deserves to win the whole competition. That plus Take On Me should storm this round.

Trentemøller all the way!

How brilliant is the idea of a music video that pays tribute to Laika the dog - the first creature to go into space? BIG brilliant. That's how much. And wee bit sad

Just Rage and The Offspring for me.

It's probably Dexter and co's best video by far. Everyone should watch it.

When we were young the future was so bright
The old neighborhood was so alive
And every kid on the whole damn street
Was gonna make it big in every beat

Apparently the song is about where he grew up and his childhood.

Hurt - easily...

...though I'd prefer if it were the NIN original. Still Cash did make it his own.

As much as I love the NIN version, like you said he made it his own. Not many people can do that.

Just love everything about this song and video

Ok, here goes.

There are two videos in this group that COULD win the whole thing. They are 'Hurt' and 'Take On Me'. They are both top ten videos of all time kind of stuff, so I can't not put them through. So two spots left.

Tool and Shiscm, some forumites went bat-shit crazy over this, but I don't see the appeal. Its an okay video, but no hope of me picking it out of this set of eight. No vote from me.

Justice vs Simian, I absolutely love the song, and couldnt wait to see the award winning video, but what a major dissappointment. Its very artsy, but I'm not really into all that. Maybe Kanye West had a point....

Out.

TrenteMoller, what a beautiful video. After realising I don't like as many videos in this group as I thought I would, I've decided to reward this unknown classic and give it my vote. The fact its got so few votes means people arent watching it. Very sad.

Rage - Good video, but in this company? I think its been outmuscled very slightly in both the impact and credibility stakes. Goner.

Which leaves the iconic Robert Palmer video vs The Offspring. Its a toughie, but I do love that Offspring video. However, Robert Palmer is equally deserving, so Ive gone on who I think will get further. Tough gooseberry fool Palmer, you've lost to a barely miming dog.
